Before Travelling
Check-in and Check-out:
The Guesthouse can be reserved from 14:00 on the day of arrival. Please inform us of your expected arrival time.
On the day of departure, check-out is possible until 10:00.
Other times are possible by prior arrangement by telephone.
Local tax:
Local tourist tax is payable on arrival. Only payable by persons over 18 years of age. The rate is HUF 350 per person per night.
Returnable security deposit:
A security deposit of 50 Euro or 20.000 HUF is payable on arrival. Payable in cash. The deposit will be returned on check-out. The deposit will be fully refundable in cash if it is found that there is no damage to the accommodation upon inspection at check-out.
Pets:
Pets are also welcome. Pets are welcome for 3000 HUF/night.
House rules
Our aim is to ensure you have a pleasant stay and avoid any misunderstandings, so we would like you to familiarise yourself with our policies!
1. Upon arrival, guests are required to hand over their personal documents (passport or ID card, address card) and the amount payable on the spot to the host for identification purposes. Guests are only allowed to book rooms after full payment of the accommodation fee!
2. Accommodation can be reserved between 14:00 and 15:00 on the day of arrival. If you arrive later, please inform us by phone! You must leave the accommodation by 10:00 on the day of departure, otherwise a surcharge will be applied.
3. Guests are not allowed on the property, visitors are only allowed after prior agreement with the owner.
4. In order to respect the silence regulations and other guests, please avoid any activity in the apartment area from 22:00 to 6:00, which disturbs the peace and quiet of neighbouring holiday guests.
5.Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, only in the courtyard, in the designated area (also applies to electric cigarettes and IQOS!) Please dispose of cigarette butts in the ashtrays provided for this purpose.
6.Fire is only allowed in the designated area, in compliance with fire safety regulations.
7. Animals may only be brought into the accommodation with the owner’s permission!
8. We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the rooms!
9. The guest is responsible for his/her own behaviour in and around the house and is liable for any accidents.
10. Please keep the house tidy, take care of the equipment and do not take it out of the room (e.g. towels, pillows, blankets).
11. When leaving the room, please turn off the water and electricity, close the window and lock the door!
12. Do not bring any flammable materials or objects into the rooms!
13. Guests are financially responsible for any damage resulting from improper use of the apartment or from violation of the rules.
14. Guests are kindly requested not to eat in the rooms! Please use the kitchen and dining room for meals and keep it clean!
15. Waste is collected separately in our guest house! Please place plastic, aluminium and paper in the yellow bins provided.
16. We reserve the right to select our guests. We do not accept drunk or aggressive guests!
17. The owner reserves the right to cancel the accommodation if the guest does not respect the rules of the house and disturbs the peace.
18. In case of violation of the rules, the accommodation may be cancelled. In this case the guest will not be refunded for any remaining days.
19. By using the accommodation, it is understood that the guest has read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions of the house rules.

Arek Kasprzak2024-09-11Bardzo przyjemne miejsce noclegowe w spokojnej okolicy. Kuchnia w pełni wyposażona. Dodatkowo na stanie jest grill oraz kociołek. W ramach jednej rezerwacji udostępniane są dwa apartamenty jeden na parterze, a drugi na pierwszym piętrze.

Adam Brociek2023-07-06Jestem zadowolony z pobytu w tym miejscu, wszystko co jest potrzebne to było. Gospodarz bardzo sympatyczny, wytłumaczył wszystko, lokalizacją doskonała bliskość basenów ale też spokojna okolica. Można wieczorem wyjść na dwór, posiedzieć na krzesłach, zapalić grilla.
